In this 2h workshop we will explore pranayama one of the 8 limbs of yoga. Learn how the control of prana (lifeforce) will help you to relax, to balance your mind, body and emotions, to promote weight lost, to energize and to rejuvenate you.
We will work in a small group of max. 3 participants to ensure a relaxed and personalized learning experience.
I will introduce you to breathing exercises that you can use not only in your yoga practice but in your daily life to promote your heath and wellbeing.

All you nee to bring is your breath and comfortable clothes. Mats and tea available for your convenience.

In this 1.5h workshop I will introduce you to Yoga Nidra, the yogic sleep. Learn about it’s power to release psychic scars and mental and emotional blockages and experience the beautiful deep relaxation while I guide you with my voice.

We will work in a small group of max. 3 participants to ensure a relaxed and personalized learning experience.
